MMT™ Registration

1. Acknowledgment of Physical Demands

I acknowledge that this Course involves participation in hands-on movement activities with other participants. I understand that these activities may be physically demanding and that participants will have varying levels of expertise, experience, and physical ability to apply the material, concepts, and techniques taught in the Course.*

2. Voluntary Participation

My participation in this Course is entirely voluntary. I agree to fully engage in all aspects of the Course and will disclose any pre-existing conditions or injuries to the organizers or instructors prior to the start of the Course. I understand that such conditions may affect or limit my ability to fully participate.*

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this Course involves physical contact and hands-on application, which may expose me to certain inherent risks, including the potential for physical injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to participate at my own discretion and responsibility. I will follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and act with due care at all times.*

4. Release of Liability

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Christine Wue, Lynnette Yasukawa, Body Moxie, LLC, all instructors, organizers, volunteers, venue hosts or property owners, and any affiliated agents or representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liability, demands, or suits—whether arising out of my participation in the Course.*

5. Hold Harmless and Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, judgments, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from my participation in the Course, including any injuries or losses I may sustain.*

6. Medical Treatment

In case of injury or medical issues, I authorize Course organizers to seek medical help for me. I accept responsibility for any associated costs and will inform organizers of any medical conditions beforehand.*

7. Agreement to Hold Harmless

I agree to hold harmless Manual Muscle Testing (MMT™), Body Moxie, LLC, Christine Wue, Lynnette Yasukawa, and all instructors, organizers, and participants from any injury, illness, or damage I may sustain in connection with my participation in the Course.*

8. Understanding and Acceptance

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions of this document. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. This Release and Waiver of Liability applies to all MMT™ courses in which I participate.*

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to this Agreement or my participation will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the state where the Course is held.*
